Jason had a calm, reassuring demeanor throughout our entire journey, which put my rambunctious emotions in check. Patience. An abundance. My husband and I had a lot of questions/concerns, probably some of the same, worded differently😆. Yet, he remained calm, polite, and professional. Knowledge of real estate. Extensive. Promptly and thoroughly addressed all questions/concerns both my husband and I had. Proactive with informing us of recent changes in real estate. Jason recommended our Lender, Sumer. Sumer has such an infectious, bright, and cheery personality and was a joy to work with! Both Jason and Sumer were present at our signing. Sumer gifted my husband and I with bubbly and a set of gorge champagne glasses and Jason, our very first home repair. Post closing. Great follow through! Provided a list of qualified referrals for all of our home management needs. Overall, our homebuying journey was a joyous and rewarding experience. We closed so fast I was nervous because people horror stories of escrow and closing but there were no problems or delays. Jason pays attention to your needs and family needs and will not waste your time just emailing mls listings. He is super knowledgeable and will really talk what you are looking for in a home. They calm you when you are nervous and patient lol when you are confused. I have not experienced any degree of buyer's remorse. I will always go to Jason to buy any property. I cannot express in this review how amazing Jason and his team is. I have been trying to buy for years, I finally listened to my friend as she referred me to him. She raved about how great he is. I called him and I bought my home in a few months. He really is a trustworthy agent and makes buying a home easier that renting.

Jason lived up to those characteristics and more. I was in a situation that led me to purchasing a home I didn't think I was ready for. We found a great house and he connected me with a great lender that made this transition seamless. The communication channels were always open & Jason consistently checked in with me, even after the sale went through. I never felt as though I was left hanging or without guidance. I fell Jason really looked out for my interests. I would use Jason for future purchases for sure.
